Using Previs Pro on Multiple Devices

Previs Pro should work on up to 5 devices that you possess as long as they are registered using the same Apple ID.


You do not need to pay for an extra subscription as long as you're using the same Apple ID. In order to use it on multiple devices, you can just download Previs Pro from the device's app store, open it, and Apple should recognize your Apple ID.


There are times when Apple doesn't make the connection. In that case, we've added a Restore link to the front of Previs Pro. Pressing Restore should force Apple to recognize your User ID and get you back to work with Previs Pro.

If you're using multiple devices that are far apart in age (e.g. a brand-new iPad Pro and a six-year old iPhone), it's possible the older device can't be updated to the latest version of Previs Pro. In that case, we recommend you only work on the newer device since the older device can't open or read newer Previs Pro files.
