Checking Your Subscription

Previs Pro has a variety of purchase and subscription options including:

  • Lifetime purchase
  • Yearly / Annual Subscription
  • Monthly Subscription
  • Limited and Free Trial

Your purchase or subscription works on up to five (5) personal devices that are all installed under the same Apple ID.

If you own a MacOS device (MacBook Air, MacBook Pro), an iOS device (iPad, iPhone), or any combination of five of these devices, Previs Pro works on all these devices.

You do not need to pay more than one time for Previs Pro to work on multiple devices. It should work on each device with one subscription or purchase as long as you're using the same Apple ID.

How to check your subscription

If you're unsure what is your subscription or purchase type, please launch Previs Pro. In the Projects Menu, press the Options menu (the three dots in upper right corner) and then select Purchase Options

You will see what is your current subscription status as in this example below. In this example, the Status says: Lifetime Access

You can also check (in an iOS device) by going to App Store > Your Account > Subscriptions. The app store will tell you if you have a current or expired subscription to any app.

If Previs Pro is not launching under your paid subscription plan, look for the link Restore Subscription on the splash screen and press it. This forces Apple to look for your subscription.
