How to cancel a subscription through Apple

When you subscribe to a subscription through the App Store, Apple controls all payments and subscription terms. We cannot renew or cancel your subscription. Apple does not allow us to view your email, credit card, or any payment information.

To cancel your subscription or a trial, please go to the App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Within the App Store, select the icon for your account. Normally, this is your picture or name in the top right corner.

Within your account, look for Subscriptions. You will see Active and Expired. 

Look for Previs Pro among the Active subscriptions. Select it and then choose Cancel Subscription.

If you're in a trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends. Apple will automatically subscribe you if you do not cancel before the end of the trial period.

If you were subscribed and would prefer a refund, you must request one within 30 days. Please view the article How to get a Refund below.
