Why did my copy of Previs Pro crash?

Apple gives us regular crash reports. We are proud and happy to report that Previs Pro is a very stable app - even while using the latest Apple technology. However, if your app crashes please email us at support@previspro.com. 

If your device has limited working memory, you may be limited to the number of 3D prop imports you can use. For details about your device visit our Previs Pro Compatibility page.

Let us know when and how the app crashed - upon start, during export, in the middle of making a shot. It's important to know when the crash occurred.

Also, let us know what version of iPad or iPhone you're using.
