What is my iOS device type and version?
Previs Pro is designed to work best on newer iPads and iPhones. However, we continue to support older models as best as possible. When contacting us with support questions, it's always helpful if we know your iOS device type, version, and OS.
For example, iPad Pro 11 inch (2nd generation) running iOS 14.1.
You can find this by selecting Settings > Account Name > and then scrolling down to select your device type. Selecting the device type will tell you Device Info including Model and Version.
