Why Only Apple Can Refund Your App Purchase

When you buy or subscribe to an app, you are not paying us (or any app developer) directly. Instead, you buy it from Apple on the App Store. Apple then takes a fee and pays the rest to the app developer.


There are more than 2 million iPhone app developers in the world. Apple does not share your information with app developers. Apple does not share your name, address, email address, Apple ID, credit card information, payment information, or any other personal information.


Because Apple does not share this information with us, it is impossible for us to process the refund directly. We don't have your credit card or bank account information to reverse the charges. Only Apple can manage the refund.


We have asked Apple to honor all refund requests made within 30 days of purchase. If you made a mistake and accidentally subscribed, we want you to be happy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.


If Apple denies the refund, please tell them that we have asked Apple worldwide to honor refund requests. An Apple representative can contact us here or at hello@previspro.com for further verification.
